Retoraya is a cross-border cooperation project designed to attract and return new settlers to the rural areas of the Raya. Spanish-Portuguesein particular in the Spanish provinces of Salamanca and Zamora, and in the Intermunicipal Community do Douro in Portugal. We seek to revitalize these rural communities by creating employment opportunities, particularly through Local services, so that people who already live in these areas can remain in their homes without having to travel to other areas, thus improving their quality of life and fostering an inclusive and sustainable environment for all.
